Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KW Native (the “Service”). KW Native is a Kraftwire Software Group company. The service is operated by Kraftwire Inc. (“Kraftwire”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What the Service is
KW Native is a done-for-you service that converts an existing website or web application into native iOS and Android applications using Capacitor, and submits them to the Apple App Store and Google Play on your behalf.
Plans are a ONE-TIME fee. There is no mandatory subscription:
- Starter · iOS only · £399 · 10 business days
- Standard · iOS and Android · £599 · 12 business days
- Pro · iOS and Android plus two add-on features, priority queue · £899 · 7 business days
- Optional maintenance retainer · £199 per year · covers Apple's annual SDK rebuild requirements and keeps the app compliant as iOS and Android evolve
- Optional rush delivery · £150 · 5 business days
Turnaround times run from the date we receive a complete intake form, not from the date of payment.
2. What you receive
- Native iOS and/or Android applications built with Capacitor, including push notifications (Firebase FCM), Apple Sign In and Google OAuth, Face ID / Touch ID, Universal Links and App Links, camera and microphone access, a custom icon and splash screen, and an in-app browser
- A TestFlight build for you to test on your own device before submission
- The complete source code and the GitHub repository
- A RUNBOOK.md documenting how to build, sign and release the app yourself
You own all of it. See section 5.
3. What you must provide
The Service depends on things only you can supply. We cannot start, and turnaround does not begin, until we have them:
- A live, publicly reachable web application served over HTTPS on a domain you control
- Your own Apple Developer Program account and your own Google Play Developer account, and the access needed to submit on your behalf
- Your app name, icon, and the details requested in the intake form
You are responsible for the content, legality and operation of your web application, and for any licences, permissions or consents it requires.
4. Payment
Fees are payable in advance, in pounds sterling, and are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property and ownership
You own the output. On delivery, all rights in the application we build for you, and in the source code we deliver, are yours.
The apps are published under YOUR Apple and Google developer accounts, not ours. You can revoke our access at any time and we lose all ability to act on your behalf.
You retain all rights in your web application, your brand, and your content. We claim no licence over them beyond what is necessary to perform the Service.
We retain ownership of our own general know-how, internal tooling and reusable components that are not specific to your project. Nothing in this section prevents us from doing similar work for other clients.
6. App Store and Google Play review
App Store and Google Play approval is a decision made by Apple and Google. It is not ours to make, and no one can honestly guarantee it.
What we do commit to:
- We build a genuine native shell with a two-way bridge to platform APIs, engineered specifically to satisfy Apple's Guideline 4.2 (Minimum Functionality) · the guideline that rejects apps which are a repackaged website. This is the difference between our builds and a WebView wrapper.
- Ginza, built by KW Native, cleared Apple review at the first attempt with Guideline 4.2 explicitly satisfied.
- If a submission is rejected for a reason arising from the native shell we built, we will fix it and resubmit at no additional charge, for as long as it takes. That is our work, and our problem.
- Every plan also includes ONE free resubmission where the rejection is caused by your own web application · its content, business model, in-app purchase rules, missing account deletion, or a compliance issue on your side. We will explain in plain English what Apple or Google objected to, and what needs to change.
- We notify you within 24 hours of any rejection.
Beyond that one included resubmission, further work on a rejection caused by your web application is chargeable, and we will agree it with you first. We will always tell you plainly which of the two causes we believe it is, rather than quietly billing you for our own mistake.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to ask us to build, and we will not build, an application that:
- Infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to deceive
- Distributes malware, or exists to facilitate abuse, harassment or exploitation
We may decline or stop work on any project on these grounds, and will refund any fee for work not yet performed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraftwire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Service, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Our total liability arising from or connected to the Service shall not exceed the fee you actually paid for the plan in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Maintenance retainer
The optional £199 per year maintenance retainer covers rebuilding and resubmitting your app to meet Apple's and Google's annual SDK and platform requirements, and keeping the native shell compatible as the platforms change.
It does not include new features, redesigns, or changes to your web application. It renews annually until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
10. Third-party comparisons
This site compares KW Native with other products. That information is compiled from publicly available sources · official documentation, pricing pages and marketing materials · and is provided for information only. Third-party features and prices change often; we make reasonable efforts to keep comparisons accurate and will correct anything shown to be wrong.
Naming another product does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
11. Apple, Google and other trademarks
Apple, App Store, TestFlight and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. Capacitor is a trademark of Ionic. KW Native is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Their names are used only to describe what the Service does.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or on this site. The Terms that apply to your project are the ones in force on the date you purchased.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
